Return Policy:
Full price items and items purchased with a discount of 15% or less may be returned within 30 days for a refund, store credit or exchange. 
Sale items & Final Sale items, including mystery pieces and accessories marked as final sale, are not eligible for return.

Handling Fee / Return Cost: Our returns process comes with a little fee if its not your first order return.
Refunds- A €10 handling fee will be deducted from your refund if you choose to return for a refund to receive your label.
Exchanges- A €5 handling fee is payable if you choose to return for an exchange to receive your label. Kulani Kinis covers the cost of shipping your exchange piece to you. 
Store Credit Return- No handling fee is payable if you choose to return for a store credit to receive your label. A store credit bonus or ShopNow bonus may apply.
FYI: The cost of shipping on your original order is non-refundable.

Hygiene: Items returned must be in new and unworn condition with the tags and hygienic liners attached. For sanitary reasons, please try on all swimwear over underwear! 

Refund Processing: Once our amazing Returns Team receive and approve your returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Split Payment Refunds: If a purchase is completed using a gift card and another method of payment, when a refund is processed, the refund is applied to the gift card first, until it reaches the full amount available for refund. Then rest of the refund is applied to the other payment methods.

Exchange Item Availability: When you set up your exchange through our portal, please note pieces you select to exchange are not held for you! A successful exchange is based on item availability at the time when your return package is in transit back to us and we are preparing to send your shiny new exchange pieces! 👙 If the piece you have requested to exchange for are out of stock, we will automatically email you a store credit for the piece so you can choose something new! 

Exchange Shipping: We will begin preparing your new pieces for shipment when your return pieces are in transit back to us - you won't have to wait until your return reaches us for your new pieces to ship! All exchanges are shipped via Standard Shipping which typically offers delivery in 1-4 business days once the package ships. We are not able to offer Express shipping for exchanges at this time.

Exchange on Exchange: If you’ve exchanged an item and your exchange piece also does not fit, we can offer you a refund in store credit or a refund back to your original payment method. We are not able to offer a second exchange. 

Bundled Returns: Please do not bundle returns, our system requires a separate return request including label for each order number. We use a returns scanning system, so if you combine pieces from multiple orders into one package, the extra pieces that don't belong to that barcode may not be accounted for and we may not be able to process your refund or exchange for the items. 

Return From A Different Country in Europe: For customers shopping from outside of EU we are able to offer a return for refund. Sorry we are currently unable to offer exchanges for customers shopping from Switzerland, Norway, Israel, The United Arab Emirates, Qatar or Saudi Arabia. Sorry we do not provide return shipping labels! Once you set up your return through our portal, you will be provided with our warehouse address in Netherlands where you can ship your pieces back to. You may mail your pieces back through the shipping carrier of your choice and are responsible for the cost of shipping and duties. The cost of shipping on your original order is non-refundable and we highly suggest sending your pieces back using a trackable shipping method! Your refund will be processed when your package arrives and is processed by our team.
