Whizzing through cobbled lanes may catch her breath… but stopping to absorb the views steals it away for good.
‘Postcard Promises’ by Kulani Kinis is a love letter to slow travel, unhurried mornings, and the kind of romantic spontaneity that turns small moments into lifelong memories. On a slow summer morning, the Kulani muse discovers a forgotten postcard tucked inside her journal - a faded reminder of a dream long wished for. As the city stirs to life around her, she realises she’s living the very moment she once imagined, swept up in the magic of a place she’s always longed to be. In the stillness between the rush, she learns that life’s beauty isn’t in capturing it all, but in being fully, blissfully present.
